One of the best dining experiences I have had in SLO. Sat with three friends and had our lovely server Noah take us on a tour of their tequilas. The food paired beautifully with the flights; I got the Governors Tacos (highly recommend). You have to try this hidden gem (request Noah if he is there!)

A new and delicious restaurant part of the SLO public market development. It was mid evening on a Sunday and modestly busy. Good atmosphere and buzziness even on a Sunday. Super friendly staff and plenty of seating. The menu has a variety of mexican staples along with a focus on seafood and great drinks (our table of 4 had 3 varieties of Margarita, all superb). One of the few places I've found mocajete near here, even at 41 it was bursting with flavor and ingredients. While it didn't have mushrooms or cheese like I often encounter, the shrimp and giant chorizos were a standout (plus chicken and pieces of beef fillet). Easily a portion for two it was bubbling hot, smoky and at a great heat and spice level. I also tried some bites of the Chile relleno and enchiladas (the red sauce was good but nothing special). The variety of tacos ordered by my family were all devoured and the fajitas plates are great too. For just tacos I would recommend San Luis taqueria and a handful of other spots in the region, but for the whole package definitely come check this place out. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Great place in the SLO Public Market. It has a nice classy feel & is tastefully appointed inside. I was greeted by the wonderful owner at the door and we chatted for awhile one day. They have a full range of Mexican foods and an expansive drink selection as well. The upscale bar takes dinning and snacking to the next level...so that one cannot even guess that one is in a complex. If one wants a more formal sit down dinner in SLOPM, this is it. Outside dinning is also an option as well. It is nice to have Mexican food done right in this market. Mucho Gracias!

Just went here for my first time recently. Great selection of drinks and food. I ordered their all meat burrito which had incredible flavor. Their chips and salsa were very good as well. Seating outside was great.

Okay this is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever had! First of all service was amazing, the waitress was so sweet and attentive really made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant (even thought it was PACKED). Second the drinks were delicious, I got the cali margarita that hit the spot after a long week. It was refreshing and had the perfect hint of tequila! Now for food... the arugula chicken salad was chiefs kiss, the mango salsa they have on top was such a nice twist! You can tell that the ingredients were fresh and everything was prepared on the spot. Overall 11/10 experience and have been recommended this spot to EVERYONE!

The food was delicious! We sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and helpful. The establishment was clean. I had a Strawberry Margarita with G4 tequila. It was perfectly made. I ordered the Chilaquiles. It came with Peruvian beans (which are my favorite), choice of meat, and two eggs on the side. My friends ordered tacos, and their tacos were made with homemade tortillas! Have to go back and try these next time because they looked delicious.

Amazing cantina food at a new spot in SLO!! Chips n salsa Delicious! Chicken fajitas were bomb! They sliced up the chicken so it was more of a mix with the veggies. Serviced with rice, beans, guac and pico all on the side. They have a lot of seafood on the menu so we got the shrimp ceviche as well. It was true to form and delicious. Kids burrito with side of fries did not disappoint. Margarita was excellent!

our waiter, Harrison, was the best. My best friend and I went there for tacos and a beer and had a great experience. Will definitely be going back there again! Tacos were infused with flavor..
